Cancellation

Your appointment is very important to us! That time is set aside especially for you and we understand that schedules can change, therefore we ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. When we do not receive enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill your spot, other clients miss the opportunity for services and our therapists do not receive any compensation if you do not make it to your appointment. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance to give clients the opportunity to verify their schedules and make any adjustments needed. The following cancellation fees apply:

Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service
Appointments made within 24 hours and need to cancel must give a 4 hour notice or will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service
No call/no shows will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service
3 violations will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service, up to non-refundable pre-payment of service prior to booking

Credit Card on File

We are asking clients to provide a credit card that can be kept on file in the event of a missed appointment or policy violation. Information will be kept securely online

Payment Due at Time of Service

Payment in full is due at the time of service. In the event of a policy violation or missed appointment payment is due within 24 hours

Arriving Late

Since all services are scheduled in advance, if you are late to your appointment you are welcome to the remaining time of your scheduled service but we are generally unable to extend beyond your original appointment time. The client is still responsible for the full service amount

Misconduct

All therapists and services offered at Canby Massage Co-Op are strictly professional. Sexual misconduct, illicitness or behavior of any kind will result in the immediate ending of the session, full charge of services and no future appointments will be booked with any therapists

Additional Information

Gift Cards

Gift Cards can be purchased for any amount and may be used towards any package or service we offer regardless of the original intended service. Gift cards are transferable but are not refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. If you have a lost or stolen gift card it may be redeemable if the purchase transaction can be verified, please discuss details with your therapist. Gift card purchase prices are honored for 1 year, after 1 year client is obligated to pay the difference in cost of service. Gift cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase, cancellation policy applies

Scheduling & Reception

Services are scheduled by appointment but we often have same day spots available. Walk-in’s and same day requests are always welcome but we may not be able accommodate

The spa is run by our therapists and your appointment time is dedicated to you, for your privacy our front door will remain locked if all therapists are in session

We do not have a receptionist on staff, if we are unable to take your call please leave us a message or send us an email and we will respond as soon as possible

Etiquette & Considerations

The health and wellbeing of our clients and therapists is our top priority. If you have any health conditions, allergies or special needs please inform us so we can make any adjustments to your treatment if necessary. If you are not feeling well, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible

Your treatment is specific to you, we all have different needs and preferences, please let your therapist know if anything needs to be modified; pressure (more or less), lighting in the room, style of music, temperature and whether or not you prefer to have conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence
